Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of placement.

Shipping Time

All orders are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse in California. Once dispatched, the delivery time for your order is 3-6 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking Information

As soon as your order is packaged and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Order Cancellation

Once your order is placed, it enters our processing system immediately and we cannot guarantee a cancellation. However, if your order has not been shipped yet, we will do everything in our power to attempt a cancellation. Please reach out to usΒ with your order number as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

If the cancellation attempt is unsuccessful and you receive your item, you can still reach out to us for a refund. Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Shipping Protection

If you've selected Shipping Protection at checkout, your order is covered in case anything goes wrong during transit.

What's Covered:

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, we'll either reship your order or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

How It Works:

If there's an issue with your delivery, simply reach out to us with your order number and details about what happened. We'll take care of the rest and get you a replacement or refund quickly.

Without Shipping Protection:

If you didn't select Shipping Protection and your package is lost or damaged, we'll do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for issues that occur during carrier handling.
